Willamette Management Services is always searching for the most cutting edge systems to make our client and resident transactions a positive and comfortable experience. We are a full service Real Estate/Property Management company. This includes establishing sales, market analysis marketing, utilities, accounting, advertising as well as screening, maintaining and administrative duties performed for your property. In the event of a negative action being required we can handle all of the filing and appearances up through the actual lock-out.



History
WMS was established in June 2006 in response to a growing need for individual single-family residential property investors needing an experienced edge in the Willamette Valley. In June of 2007 Willamette Management Services merged with Gall Real Estate Services, LLC to allow for future growth and provide clients with the services of a real estate residential and commercial brokerage as well as property management department.
